These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the ExploreHotel website (hereinafter "Website" or "Service") by the user. ExploreHotel provides hotel offers from third-party providers (e.g., Booking.com, Trip.com).

ExploreHotel provides a platform on which users can search for and compare hotel offers from third-party providers. If interested in an offer, the user is redirected to the website of the respective third-party provider. The actual contract for the hotel booking is concluded exclusively between the user and the third-party provider. ExploreHotel is not a party to the hotel booking contract.

ExploreHotel assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided by third-party providers (e.g., prices, availability, hotel descriptions). The respective third-party providers are solely responsible for the content and processing of bookings.

Any liability of ExploreHotel in connection with the hotel bookings provided is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for disruptions or failures of our service that are based on force majeure or unforeseeable events.

The user is obliged to comply with applicable laws when using the website and not to distribute illegal content or perform actions that could disrupt the operation of the website.

ExploreHotel reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. The amended T&C will be published on the website. By continuing to use the website after publication of the amended T&C, the user declares their agreement to them.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
